Adolphus R. Browning

Adolphus R. Browning, age 88 of Callaway died Wednesday, November 25, 2009. He was a US Army Veteran serving in World War II and a retired Coal Miner and Carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lacy H. and Angeline Atkins Browning; brothers, Sid and Frank Browning; and sister, Bessie Ferrell. Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Nina M. Browning; sons and daughter-in-law, Arthur Doug and Gina Browning, Robert Keith Browning; daughter and son-in-law, Myra and Thomas Angell; grandchildren, Terry, P.J. and Rodney Smith, Joey Browning, Tim and Jim Angell, Kimberly Browning, Beth Buckner, and Jan Walker; 16 great-grandchildren; one sister, Ruth Allis.
