Alfred Nathaniel Sink Iii

The heavens above received another angel when Alfred Nathanial Sink III, age 26 of Bedford passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014. He had a heart of gold, and was strong willed, high spirited, fun loving and making a difference in the lives of his family and friends. He lived his life to the fullest until his battle with cancer took him from the ones he loved most. Alfred was preceded in death by his cousin, Melissa Sink and loving companion Joe. Surviving are his parents, Alfred Nathaniel Sink, Jr. and Ida Louise Mandley; sister, Ida N. Sink Defibaugh and husband Harold Woodrow Defibaugh, Jr.; nieces, Samara and Chyla; nephew, Gabriel; grandparents, Alfred N. Sink, Sr. and Iris L. Sink; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and fiancé, Nancy Fulcher. Until we meet again. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Friday. Interment will follow in Old Liberty Cemetery. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
