Allen Herman Redd

Allen Herman Redd, 77 of Wirtz passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017. He was born August 31, 1939, son of the late Albion Cleusby and Minnie Walker Redd. He was preceded in death by wife Priscilla “Pat” Kern Redd; sister, Virginia Redd Strader; brothers, James , Amos , Frank and Wray Redd. Surviving are his sisters, Veloria Redd Moore, Frances Redd Hawker, Betty Redd Miller and Bonnie Redd Snow; a number of nieces and nephews and his second family at Hot Shots. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2017. Interment will follow with military honors in Trinity Cemetery (Botetourt County) at 2:00 p.m. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2017 at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
