Allison Frank Smith, age 73 of Rocky Mount, died Wednesday March 14, 2007.
He was born on March 30, 1933 a son of the late Samuel Henry and Betty Tosh Smith. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Thelma Young Smith; and brothers and sisters.
Mr. Smith is survived by a daughter, Tammy and son-in-law and buddy, Richard Blankenship; two special granddaughters, Mary Elizabeth Ashbrook and Frostie Blankenship; three great grandchildren, Katelyn Ashbrook, Christopher Ashbrook, Slade Anderson; sister, Cora Hodges; brother, Jewell Smith; special niece, Frances Hopkins; and several other nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted from Franklin Memorial Park 11 a.m. Saturday.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Friday with his family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
