Arthur L. Bussey

Arthur L. “Artie” Bussey, age 60 of Rocky Mount died Wednesday, February 29, 2012. He was born April 9, 1951 a son of the late Charlie A. Bussey, Jr. and Virginia Hylton Bussey. Surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Denny Blankenship; sisters and brothers-in-law, Martha Montgomery and Gerald, Ruth Cupp and Tedd; brothers and sisters-in-law, David Bussey and Norene, John Bussey and Sylvia; nine nieces and nephews; 18 great-nieces and nephews; and one great-great-nephew. The family extends special thanks to Carilion Hospice of Franklin County, Trinity Mission and John and Sylvia Bussey for their care and concern. Memorial services will be conducted from Fairview Church of the Brethren 2 p.m. Saturday with Pastor Jeff Wray officiating.
