Arthur Alexander Wilson, Jr.

Arthur Alexander Wilson, Jr. 78 of Penhook, VA passed away on July, 12, 2017. Arthur was a talented furniture designer where he traveled the world for over 40 years. He also served in the United States Airforce. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Shirley Dillon Wilson; children, Lisa Wilson Mayfield and Steven Keith Wilson; grandson, Joshiah Alexander Wilson; sisters, Lorene Howington, and Sandy Soroush. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Alexander Wilson, Sr. and Grace Chilton Wilson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for financial assistance on expenses, or flowers to be accepted. His family will receive friends 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. with military honors at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, July 15 at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
