Aubrey Dempsey Kennedy

Aubrey Dempsey (A.D.) Kennedy, age 65 of Rocky Mount died Friday, May 17, 2013. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Oleta and Thomas Hagy; step-son, John Akers, Jr.; sister, Linda Davis. Surviving are his wife, Linda Kennedy; sons, Michael Kennedy and Michael Collins (Caitlin); daughters, Tracey Dixon (Floyd, Jr.), Nichole Shively and Rebecca Clark (Marshall, Jr.); 13 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Teresa Clemons (Glenwood), Mark Hagy, Dwight Hagy (Terry) and David Hagy (Shelia). Memorial services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel 4:00 p.m. Monday, May 20, 2013 with Rev. Mark Griffith officiating. His family will receive friends one hour prior to services at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
