Audrey Belle Ferguson Rigney

Audrey Belle Ferguson Rigney, age 98 of Roanoke and formerly of Franklin County died Wednesday, June 19, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Ola Maxey Ferguson; brothers and sisters, John D. Ferguson, Gladys Holland, Juanita Bailey, James W. Ferguson, Willie Mae Butzler, Wallace Ferguson and Jewel Barbour. Surviving are her children, Shirley Short, Donald Rigney, Sheila Rigney, and Roger Rigney; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; brother and sisters, Gary Ferguson, Doris Kinsler and Josephine Burks. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Mt. Ivy Christian Church Cemetery with Pastor Larry Lambert officiating. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
