Audrey Woodard

Audrey Odell Wray Hann Laprade Woodard, age 85 of Asheboro, NC and formerly of Rocky Mount, Va. died Thursday, June 10, 2010 at her home. Mrs. Woodard was a native of Rocky Mount, Va. and attended Mt. Calvary Independent Baptist Church. She retired from Stroup Mirror Company of Thomasville where she was a glass cutter. She will be dearly missed. She resided with her son, Tony G. Woodard, Jr. and his wife Vickie, and also two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was a mother of 11; grandmother of 24; great-grandmother of 36; great-great-grandmother of 11. Graveside services will be conducted from the Wray Family Cemetery 3 p.m. Sunday with Pastor Neil C. Poole officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mt. Calvary Independent Baptist Church Sunday School Building Fund, 1206 Oakland Avenue, Asheboro, NC 27203.
