Barry Morton Dudley, Jr.

The sun set on our beloved Barry Morton Dudley, Jr., age 36 of Rocky Mount Sunday, June 5, 2011. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Benford and Edith Dudley, Roger and Frances Hunt. He is survived by his wife, Jessica Dudley; three sons, Trey, Kolby, and Bentley; parents, Barry and Sharon Dudley; two brothers, Matthew and wife Danielle, Jonathan; one sister, Kelly and husband Anthony Smith; sister-in-law, Melinda Pigg; special niece, Mercedes Bailey “Baby Girl”; special friends, Dennis Underwood, Mark Doss, Robert Adkins, Travis Pendleton, Devin Pendleton; many other cousins, family, nieces, nephews and other friends. Funeral services will be conducted from Henry Fork Church of the Brethren 2 p.m. Wednesday with Pastor Ronald Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for the benefit of the children. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Henry Fork Church.
