Barry Wayne Webb

Barry Wayne Webb, age 73 of Callaway passed away in his loving home on Thursday, June 19, 2025 after a long battle with cancer. He was born in a Chevy in 1952 to Lewis Madison Webb and Virginia Prillaman Webb. He was preceded in death by his wife of 24 years, Linda Faye Maxey.

He has two daughters, Marcia Cramblitt (Joey) and Rebecca Webb and two sons, BJ Webb and Mark Beckner. Also, one granddaughter, Samantha Cramblitt; one grandson, Dakota Cramblitt; ten great-grandchildren; one brother; five sisters; and many other family members and friends.

Barry was a simple man with an old soul, grounded, kind and steady. A lifelong Ford man, however, he drove Toyotas to keep the miles off his Fords. Those who knew him will remember his quiet strength, warm heart and enduring loyalty to his family and friends. A very special thanks to the Blue Ridge Cancer Care team and Carilion Hospice and sweet Hannah.

Funeral services will be held at Flora Funeral Chapel 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2025 with Dr. Jackie Spence officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
