Bertia Elvira Bowles

Bertia Elvira Bowles, age 70 of Rocky Mount passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2015. She was preceded in death by her son Thomas Lee Bowles. Surviving are her husband of 52 years Richard Lee Bowles, daughter, Tammy Elaine Wilburn, son, Terry Lee Bowles, two grandsons, Brett David Smith, and Benjamin Thomas Wilburn, granddaughter, Samantha Bowles, great-granddaughter, Avery Aaron Smith, four brothers and four sisters. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the home. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount/Smith Mountain Lake.
