Bettie Ann Pugh

Bettie Ann Pugh, age 88 of Rocky Mount went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oakie L. and Gracie C. Pugh; step-mother, Ethel T. Pugh; two sisters, Julia Esther Pugh and Gladys P. Anderson; and nephew, Lee Bibbs. She is survived by her nephew, Lewis Anderson; niece, Sharon Bibbs, great-nephew, Russon (Nicole) Bibbs; great-niece, Ashlee (Chad) Zahner; four great-great- nephews; two great-great-nieces; along with several cousins; also her caregivers, the Hodges Family who became her own family, David, Pat, Carolyn, Barry, Bonnie and Ricky along with their extended family. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Flint Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2019 with Pastor Russon Bibbs officiating. Interment will follow in Flint Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
