Betty May Crawford

Betty May Crawford, age 81 of Bassett died Tuesday, November 18, 2025. She was born December 25, 1943 a daughter of the late Carl and Cora Hurst. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Crawford; and son, Pete Burgess. Surviving are her children, Cindy Kennedy (Thomas), Virginia May Long (Richard), Barbara Allen (Steve), Buster Burgess (Erinn); step-son, Gordon Crawford; 19 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A Celebration of Life will be held at Living Waters Assembly of God 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 22, 2025 with Pastor Allen Cogar officiating. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
