Betty Hodges Hamblett

Betty Hodges Hamblett, age 92 of Rocky Mount passed away Monday, February 10, 2025. She was born May 29, 1932, a daughter of the late William Jeffrey and Maggie Hammock Hodges. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Gail Hamblett; brothers, Joe, Clinton, Sam, Thomas and Bill; sisters, Virginia Weldon and Kate Turner. Surviving are her brothers, Fred, Jack, Trix (Curtis), Walter Lewis; and sister, Shirley Boles. A memorial service will be held at Doe Run Christian Church, 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 22, 2025 with Pastor Michael Stump officiating. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
