Betty Moore Jefferson

Betty Moore Jefferson, age 91 of Wirtz, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2026. She was a member of Sandy Ridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Stanford Jefferson. Left to cherish her memory are her three children, Lisa McNiel, Donna McCullough, and Steve Jefferson; grandchildren, Kati Wright, Josh Brumfield and Kim Hodges; several great-grandchildren; three sisters, Winnie Wright, Linda Cooper, and Vickie Shively; and niece, Kimberley Hodges. Funeral services will be conducted at Sandy Ridge Baptist Church 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 1, 2026 with Pastor Joe Dillon Officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount, VA.
