Betty Ann Jefferson Hodges

Betty Ann Jefferson Hodges, age 70, of Henry passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father, Victor Cleveland Jefferson; mother, Tecie Frances Bousman Jefferson; and sister, Diane Jefferson. Betty was a faithful member of Mill Creek Baptist Church in Henry where she was treasurer and enjoyed spending time with church family. She was an avid animal lover. She spent time feeding the wildlife and strays that would make her home theirs. Memorial service will be held at Mill Creek Baptist Church 3 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be private in the Ingram Family Cemetery located on her property at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mill Creek Baptist Church, 6200 Henry Road, Henry, VA 24102.
