Betty June Mills Goggin

Betty June Mills Goggin, age 85 of Rocky Mount, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 30, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Page Goggin, Jr., mother and step-father, Lottie and Buford Lynch, father, Roy Mills, sister, Reva Hammock, brothers, Kennis Mills and Dennis Mills. Surviving are daughters, Linda Potter (Scott), Wanda Flanagan (Jeff), Susan Miller (Jeff), brother, Kailey Lynch (Sherry), sisters, Janet Aker (Bud) and Ann Gilbert (Eddie), grandchildren, Tiffany Allen (Raine), Lori Treweek (Brian), Nikki Custer (Brad), Lindsey Tynan (Sean), Jeremy Flanagan (Jessica), great-grandchildren, Lauren and Brooke McGhee, Eva Page, Anna and Isla June Custer, Hatcher Tynan. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Furnace Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Dillon and Rev. Phillip Bramblett officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
