Beulah Anne Hale

Beulah Anne Griffith Hale, age 89 of Ferrum, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother left this pain ridden earth behind and traveled to heaven to see her babies on Monday, September 6, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband Delbert; children, James Roger Hale and Peggy Jean Hale; five brothers and one sister. Surviving to honor her memory are nine children, Mittie Hale, H.D. Hale, Judy Menowsky, Eddie Hale, Sammy Hale, Jackie Hale all of Ferrum. Patsy Setliff of Henry, Linda Setliff of Woolwine and Kay Pagans of Union Hall; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; one great-great-child; her sisters, Susie Johnson, Delma Johnson and Mamie Bouldin. Funeral Services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2 PM Wednesday, September 8, 2010 with Pastor Steve Tilley officiating. Interment will follow in Hale Family Cemetery. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to service at Flora Funeral Service, Rocky Mount and other times at the home of H.D. Hale, 275 Thompson Ridge Road, Ferrum, VA 24088.
