Billy Eugene Hodges, age 41 of Rocky Mount passed away Friday, January 30, 2026. He was born September 7, 1984. Billy was preceded in death by his father, Allen Hodges. Surviving are his daughter, Kimberly Hodges; mother, Sheila Castaneda; sister, Tanya Hall; niece, Savanna Hall; nephews, Perry Wayne Hall Jr. and Terry Blaine Hall; special partner, Tiffany Dent; special friends, Barbara Dowdy, Elizabeth Woods and Darlene Wray; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at Flora Funeral Service, 5-6 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2026. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
