Billy Brent Harrison

Billy Brent Harrison, 82 of Rocky Mount passed away Friday, February 12, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Rocky Mount on July 11, 1933. He is preceded in death by his parents, William Tyler and Lillie Myrtle Harrison; brothers, Horace, Cletis, Claude, Everett, and Vestel; sisters, Ann “Nannie Kate” Shields, Exie Dillon and Barbara Doss. Surviving is his daughter, Dianne Ayers, son-in law, Gary Ayers; granddaughter, Jennifer Mattox; great-granddaughter, D’Anna Gibson; brother-in-law, Roosevelt Dillon, sister in-law, Elsie Harrison; many special nieces and nephews, his beloved dog, Doc and his special friends, Ricky Gibson and Donnie Hodges. Graveside services will be held at the Harrison Family Cemetery, located off Tripple Creek Road on Estelle Lane in Rocky Mount, VA on Sunday February 14, 2016 at 2:00p.m. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
