Billy William Shelton

Billy William Shelton age 79, of Rocky Mount passed away Saturday November 17, 2012. He was an employee of MW Windows for 38 years and an active member of Rocky Mount Church of God for nine years. He enjoyed NASCAR Racing. Surviving are his wife of 52 years Emma Shelton, daughter Sarah Rigney, son Terry Shelton, five grandchildren Nakisha, Jennie, Joshua, Travis and Justin, 13 great-grandchildren and his canine companion Miss Pug, many other relatives and friends to many to mention but who are greatly appreciated including Southern Care Hospice. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday November 20, 2012 at Rocky Mount Church of God with Pastor Travis Gore officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. His family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Rocky Mount Church of God. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount/Smith Mountain Lake.
