Bobby Lee Adams

Bobby Lee Adams, age 82, of Belews Creek, NC passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 8, 2022.  His cherished wife of 48 years, Paige, was by his side when he slipped from his earthly bonds into the presence of our Lord.

Bobby served our country in the US Army for 3 years before a long career in the printing industry.  Avid and skillful at both bowling and golf, Bobby also enjoyed riding his motorcycle with the Gold Wings, cruising in his antique Chrysler, or taking his boat for a spin on the lake. Fishing trips to the beach, breakfast club on Saturdays, spending time with family, and singing at his Church, where he was an active and devoted member, were just a few of the ways Bobby cultivated relationships.  Family, friends, and faith were of utmost importance to him throughout his life. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Mamie and Luther Adams, sister-in-law Pat L. Renick, and brothers-in-law B. Terry Law and William D. Law. In addition to his devoted and loving wife, Paige, he is survived by siblings; Shirley Ford, Brenda Belieu, Roxie Elmer and Tom Adams, brother in laws; Richard Law and his wife Becky, Coy Renick, and many special nieces and nephews.  He loved Kimberly, Rita, and Susie, as well as their children, as if they were his very own.

A service will be held at 12 Noon on Friday May 13, 2022, at Flora Funeral Home and officiated by Reverend James A. Thompson.  The family will receive visitors one hour prior at 11 a.m.  Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Bobby’s church:  Northwoods Baptist Church, 5204 Old Walkertown Road, Winston-Salem, NC  27105.
