Brian Keith McDonaldson

Brian Keith McDonaldson, age 56 of Waynesboro died Friday, April 24, 2026. He was born June 30, 1969 to his parents, Richard and Joyce McDonaldson. He was married to Tami Holloway on November 19, 2015 after having been together since 2001. Brian was very proud of his work as Director of Maintenance and Reliability for Danone NA. Brian was much loved, admired and a mentor to many. He spent his spare time at Smith Mountain Lake, VA. He was an avid fisherman, loved NASCAR and the Yankees. Surviving are his wife, Tami; son, Devin (Hanna Via); grandson, Kellen McDonaldson; sisters, Pam (Wes) Dennison and Sonya (Steve) Stroop; three much loved nephews, Chase, Colton and Noah; three much loved nieces, Sabrina, Danielle and Lily; as well as his special friend, Greg Laymen. All who wish to make donations in memory of Brian may send their donations to Salem Lutheran Church designated for the Special Health Needs Fund. The family thanks Pastor Derek and everyone for all their acts of love and kindness shown to Brian and his family. A celebration of life will be held at Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 417 Salem Church Road, Mt. Sidney, VA 24467 at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2026 with Pastor Derek Boggs officiating.
