Callie Gardner Gray

Callie G. Gray age 90 of Fork Mountain passed away Tuesday evening, February 26, 20l3. She retired from E. I. DuPont in Martinsville with 37 years of service and was a member of Fork Mountain United Methodist Church for her lifetime. Mrs. Gray was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar W. Gray; parents, Thomas and Vergie Gardner; brothers, Herbert, Woody and Carroll Gardner; sisters, Annie Gardner and Virginia Robertson. Surviving are a son, Zane G. Gray, Rocky Mount; a daughter, Janet E. Gray, Roanoke; granddaughter, Chelsea Blevins (Coty); great- granddaughter, Destiny Blevins; three sisters, Evelyn Bateman (Vince), Ivadell Ross, Polly Martin; one brother, Horace Gardner (Pearl); several nieces and nephews. Thanks to special friends, Beth Collins and Jami Wickline and special thanks to Carilion Franklin Hospice. Graveside services will be conducted at Henry Memorial Park 2:00 p.m. Friday with Pastor Bobby Shively officiating. Her family will receive friends beginning at 12 noon Friday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
