Carl Edward Farris

Carl Edward Farris, age 72 of Rocky Mount passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2024. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elsie Farris; father, James (Ed) Farris; and siblings, Jim Farris, Bernard Laprade, Donnie Farris and Janice Martin. Surviving are his wife of 45 years, Susan Farris; son, Robin Farris (Terra); grandchildren, Isabelle and Guiseppe; siblings, Mary Johnson, Yvonne Rippeon and Jackie Kellam; several nieces and nephews. Carl was a meat cutter his entire career and enjoyed baseball. He was a fan of the NY Yankees. A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to American Cancer Society. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
