Carol Ann Kidd age, 66 of Rocky Mount, Va. passed away Monday November 16, 2009. Mrs. Kidd was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Clara Panzenhagen. Surviving are her sister Patricia Cole her children and spouses, Kenneth James Kidd, Jr. (Ann); Debra Ann Hudson; Jo-Ann Matthews (Kurt); Daniel Edward Pazenhagen Kidd (Tammy) and grandchildren Kurt, Emily, Grace, Hailey, Nicholas, Daniel, Hannah, and many friends in Rocky Mount and at The Village (Friendship Manor). Her family will be receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Flora Funeral Service 665 South Main Street Rocky Mount, Va. www.florafuneralservice.com
