Carroll Junior Meador

Carroll “Junior” Meador, age 75 of Goodview passed away Saturday, March 25, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Carroll Meador and Ruby Motley Meador; and brother-in-law, Jack Witcher. Surviving are his sister, Shirley Witcher; and numerous cousins. Junior retired from Vista Foods in Bedford with many years of service. He was also a member of Diamond Hill Methodist Church. A graveside service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday at Diamond Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Goodview with Minister Steve Pasley officiating. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to Mt. Ivy Christian Church or to Scruggs Fire and Rescue. His family will receive friends beginning at 2 p.m. on Thursday at the graveside.
