Charles (Chuck) Howarth, 76 of Wirtz formerly of New Jersey passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016. Surviving are his wife Louisa Howarth; three children; five grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount- Smith Mountain Lake.
