Charles Franklin Lawrence

Charles Franklin "Frankie" Lawrence, age 70 of Penhook died Tuesday, August 21, 2018. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Taylor Lawrence; parents, James and Gladys Lawrence; sons, David and Daniel Lawrence. He is survived by his son, Charles V. Lawrence (friend Carol); grandson, C.J. Lawrence (Michelle); brother, Edward Lawrence (Sheree), sisters, Virginia Lawrence, Dorothy Walker (Vernon), Brenda George (Leland); sisters-in-law, Dianne Lawrence and Frances Lawrence; special caregivers, Angela, Marie and Brenda. Funeral services will be conducted from Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren 12:00 p.m. Thursday, August 23, 2018 with Brother Richard Arrington and Brother Mike Gallimore officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Boones Chapel Church or Amedisys Hospice.
