Charlotte Karen Brown, age 63 of Glade Hill died Wednesday, January 23, 2008.
She was a longtime and dedicated employee of Southern Virginia Child Advocacy Center. She was a great wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy.
Surviving are her husband of 46 ½ years, Kenneth W. Brown; son and daughter-in-law, Troy Lee and Christy Brown, Katy, Texas; her grandchildren, Jackson and Ellie.
A memorial service will be conducted from Christian Fellowship Church 3 p.m. Saturday, January 26, 2008 with the Rev. Bill Doss officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Southern Virginia Child Advocacy Center, 235 Claiborne Avenue, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151.
