Christine Lynch Ellis

Christine Lynch Ellis, 81 of Rocky Mount passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013. She was born February 22, 1932 a daughter of the late Johnnie and Maggie Lynch. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Betty Bowman; brothers, Curtis Lynch, James (Fats) Lynch, Shelton A. Lynch and Jay Hugh Lynch. Surviving are her husband, Grover Alfred Ellis; sister, Shirley (Pay) Lynch; many nieces and nephews and other family members. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013 with Pastor Ronald Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. The family suggest family memorial donations be made to Henry Fork Church of the Brethren. Her family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
