Christine Jarrett

Christine Elizabeth Jarrett, age 49 of Rocky Mount, passed away at Lewis Gale Medical Center Friday, January 2, 2026. She was preceded in death by her father, Byron S. Jarrett, Jr.; grandfather, Byron S. Jarrett, Sr.; grandmother, Bettie Jarrett; aunt, Deena Jarrett and grandfather, Sydney F. Carne, Jr. She is survived by her mother, Joan C. Newman; sons, Joshua B. Jarrett and Drake K. Jarrett, and her brother, Daniel S. Jarrett. A memorial service will be held at Faith Fellowship Church 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 12, 2026, with Pastor Gary Hoffman officiating. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
