Cinda Bower Ruff

Cinda Bower Ruff, age 52 of Glade Hill died Monday, March 7, 2016. Surviving are her daughters, Cherish Bower and Subrinna Ruff and her father, Marty Ruff, one granddaughter, Shania Bower; parents, Cecil and Sue Bower; and siblings, Teresa and Daniel Layman, Sallie and Tim Reed, David and Rita Bower, Renee and David Bowman. Funeral services will be conducted from Oak Hill Old German Baptist Brethren Church 11 a.m. Thursday with the Home Brethren officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Her family will receive friends 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
