Cindy Sloan Saunders Pagans, age 45 of Union Hall, died Monday June 29, 2009. She was a graduate of Radford University and taught Special Education at Franklin County High School. Surviving are her husband Michael Pagans, her children whom she treasured Adrian Saunders (Shamron), Mikela, Avie, Michael, Breella and Angel; stepson Kevin Lee Overstreet, one granddaughter Chloe, her parents Robert Vernard and Carolyn Sloan, brother David Sloan, grandmother Ella Heckman, special friend Carolyn Mays. Graveside services will be held at Franklin Memorial Park 2:00 p.m. Thursday with Rev. James Graham officiating. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service, Rocky Mount. www.florafuneralservice.com
