Clarence Jackson “Jack” Hodges, age 75 of Rocky Mount, died Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at his home.
He was born August 9, 1932 a son of the late Owen Henry and Annie Mae Austin Hodges. He was also preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, William Franklin “Charlie” Hodges and Charlotte, Raymond Hodges, Owen Hodges, Odell Hodges, Myrtle Hodges Goings, Junior Hodges, Aurthur Hodges, Claudine Austin Stanley, Ruby Austin Foster, Swingfield Austin, Ethel Austin, Walter Hodges and Larry.
Mr. Hodges survived by his brothers, Billy Thomas Hodges and William Austin; granddaughter, Estrella Ferguson; other family members including, Jeffrey and Ora Hodges, Darlene Broughman, Tammy Akers, Bonnie Waller and Cecil.
Graveside services will be conducted from the Hodges Family Cemetery, Ruritan Road 11 a.m. Friday with Rev. Ronald Coleman officiating.

There will be no visitation.
