Clarice O. Brooks, age 73 of Chatham, died Sunday, May 18, 2008.
She was born on July 6, 1934 a daughter of the late Jessie Thomas and Mary E. Brooks.
She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Harold Thomas Brooks, Joseph Willis Brooks, Roy Lee Brooks, George Robert Brooks, John Taylor Brooks; sisters, Doris May Brooks, Mildred Lois Brooks.
Miss Brooks is survived by her sister, Louise B. Harbour; brother, Douglas M. Brooks; aunt, Ruby Bowles; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conduced from Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2008. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
Her family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
