Clyde Wilbert Midkiff

Clyde Wilbert Midkiff, age 81 of Rocky Mount passed away Friday, March 10, 2017. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Surviving are his wife, Betty Ferguson Midkiff, daughters, Sandra Helmecke (Joe Guajardo), Shirley Weddle (Danny) and Melissa Goad, step-children, Lee Housman (R. J. Perdue), Connie Rowland, Ann Fitzgerald (Jimmy) and Carolyn Smith (James), sister, Lorraine Wiles (Edwin), 20 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 11:00 a.m. Monday with Dr. Billy Shively officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. His family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, S. Main St. Rocky Mount, VA.
