Connie Kay Spitzer, age 75 of Rocky Mount passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilson B. Spitzer and Helena Arnett Spitzer. Connie retired from the county government working in the human resources division. Per Connie’s request services will be private. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
