Corinna B. Peters

Corinna B. Peters, age 76 of Ferrum passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2020. She was born April 5, 1944 and was preceded in death by her parents, Sarah Gillispie and Tan Trail; step-father, Jake Gillispie; her husband, Wilton Peters; two brothers, Jimmy and Alan Trail; sister, Tiny Crum. Mrs. Peters is survived by two sons, Edward Crum (Phyllis) and Mark Crum (Pam); grandchildren, Michael Crum (Megan), Allison Thorton (Alex) and Olivia Barker (whom she thought of as a granddaughter); great-grandson, Ryan Graham; sister-in-law and caregiver, Louise Trail; one special niece, Deetta Gillispie.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to Hospice.  Graveside services will be conducted at Maple Grove Cemetery, 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 29, 2020 with Pastor Roger Jones officiating.   Her family will meet for a time of fellowship at the picnic shelter at Maple Grove Church immediately after the service.
