Cornelia (Connie) Hale Guilliams

Cornelia (Connie) Guilliams age 72, of Franklin County went to be with the Lord on Thursday November 25, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents Edd Osben and Elsie Hale, her husband Garland, her two brothers Junior and Maitland Hale, brother-in-law Garfield Powers and her sister Arlene Rush. Surviving are her son; Allen Guilliams and his wife Penny, her two daughters; Carolyn Creger and her husband Darin, Debbie Bennett and husband Sean. She is also survivied by her six grandchildren whom she adored, Remington Guilliams, Samantha Bennett, Katelyn Creger, Conner Bennett, William Creger and Sophia Bennett, other surviving family members includes sister Maureen Powers, sister-in-law Nancy Hale brother-in-law Dick Rush and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother whose love will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday November 28, 2010 at Oylers Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Rick Barton officiating. Interment will follow in Church Cemetery. Her family will be receiving friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center 665 South Main Street Rocky Mount.
