Coy M. Shively, age 85 of Ferrum died Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at his home. He was born August 25, 1940 a son of the late Robert Edgar Shively and Susie Midkiff Shively. Coy was a member of Maple Grove Church in Ferrum. Surviving are his wife, Carolyn Woods Shively; daughters, Robin Barnes (Julian), Jennifer Law; grandchildren, Joseph, Hannah (Hayley), Danielle (Matt), Austin, Cameron and Cash; great-grandchildren, Evie and Silas. A private service will be held for the family. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
