Curtis Wright Anderson
Curtis Wright Anderson, age 81, of Rocky Mount, Va. died Wednesday February 18, 2009. He was born January 13, 1928 in Franklin County, Va., a son of the late Henry Lawson & Dossie Anderson. He was also preceded in death by brothers Russell Anderson; James L. Anderson; sisters Virginia Anderson; Sylvia Holland; a brother-in-law A. Dale Brown. Surviving are sister Shirley Brown; sister brother-in-law Rachael and Kenneth Allman; sisters-in-law Gladys Anderson and Yvonne Anderson; brother-in-law Silas Holland; a special nephew Lewis Anderson and numerous nephews & nieces. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11:00 a.m. Saturday with Rev. DeRoy Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in the Thurman Family Cemetery.Friends may call after 3 p.m. Friday with his family receiving friends from 6 to 8p.m. at Flora Funeral Service South Main Street, Rocky Mount .
