Cynthia Ballard King, age 60 of Rocky Mount passed away Monday, June 16, 2025. She was born March 31, 1965 to the late Harold and Wanda Posey Ballard. Surviving are her husband of 12 years, Steve King; three children, Amy Young, Samantha Bonilla and Rebecca Freitas; two step-sons, Andrew and Jason King; several grandchildren; two brothers, Kenny and Donald Ballard; mother-in-law, Linda Brown; many nieces, nephews and friends. Her family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
