Dagan James Brooks
Dagan James Brooks, age 21 of Rocky Mount, passed away Wednesday July 8, 2009. He was preceded in death by his father David Otis Brooks .Surviving are his mother and step-father Lori and Troy Miller of Roanoke, Va., sister Megan Brooks, grandparents Michael and Elinor Simmons and Betty Bush, Fiance, Brandie Nichole Foley, great grandparents Wilford and Mary Simmons of Hardy, Va. and several cousins, aunts and uncles.The family suggests memorials be made to Rehoboth United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Rehoboth United Methodist Church with Rev. Bob Weinhold officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. His family will be receiving friends Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount. www.florafuneralservice.com
