Dale Moore Anderson

Dale Moore Anderson, age 62 of Rocky Mount passed away Friday, October 26, 2012. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 38 years, Bradie Joe Anderson; her daughter and son-in-law, Jamie and Steven Peters; and her three grandchildren, Brittany, Logan and Ashton; brother, Ricky Moore (Goldie); sister, Dawn Brooks; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Cathryn Anderson and friend James Lovell, Beatrice (Milton) Smith, Bobby Anderson; two nephews, Bradley Smith and Carson Brooks; and mother-in-law, Clara Anderson. She was a loving and caring wife, mom and nana. She always put her family first. She spent her days loving and caring for her grandchildren whom she loved dearly. There was never an event that happened with them that she missed. She spent her weekends camping and had a great time in the pool, playing bingo and riding around on the golf cart. A family visitation will be held at the home of Steven and Jamie Peters, 950 Windy Ridge Road, Rocky Mount on Sunday, October 28, 2012 from 2-5 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Bethlehem United Methodist Church c/o Rita Doughton, 2086 Crooked Oak Road, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151.
