Daniel Robert Hodges, age 72 of Rocky Mount, died Friday, April 24, 2009.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Frank and Valrie Ethel Rakes Hodges; and two brothers, Charles Curtis Hodges and Billy Hodges.
Surviving are his wife, Geneva Hodges; two daughters, Valrie Brown (Ricky), Leslie Underwood (Drifton); his precious granddaughter, Amber Madison Underwood; and sister, Nancy Love of Vinton.
Funeral services will be private.
His family will be receiving friends and family from 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Flora Funeral Service, Rocky Mount.
