Daniel Patrick Stuppy

Daniel Stuppy, age 49 of Moneta, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, April 20, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer. Dan was predeceased by his parents, James, Sr. and Patricia (Mumma) Stuppy and one brother, James, Jr. Surviving are numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and dear friends. A graduate of Staunton River High School, he was employed with many area businesses-food and bar services. His passions of life were motorcycles, VW’s and old cars which consumed him. Always the life of the party, he was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Our family is grateful to know he is finally at peace. Special thank you to the Good Samaritan Hospice employees who provided great care, Jennifer Bottenfield, Tasha Wood and Debra Jennings. Final resting for Dan and his parents, Jim and Pat, as a family, will be at the convenience of the family and closest friends. A public celebration will be held along with The Annual Daniel Stuppy Car and Bike show at The Watering Hole, 7226 Williamson Road, Roanoke on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 11:00am - 5:00pm.
