Daryle Wayne Johnson

Daryle Wayne Johnson, age 39 of Fork Mountain passed away Wednesday April 30, 2014. Daryle was a devoted and loving husband and father. He was preceded in death by his father, George Taylor (Slim) Johnson; maternal-grandfather and grandmother, Alexander and Vivian Knott; paternal grandfather and grandmother, James Hughie Johnson and Nobie Robertson. Surviving are his wife, Brittany Mason Johnson; son, Alexander Taylor Johnson; son, Blake Samuel Johnson; mother, Polly Knott Johnson; sister, Robin Galyean (Andy); niece, Kaylee Johnson; mother-in-law, Mischelle Carter; also surviving are many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Franklin Memorial Park with Pastor Carl Keith officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to assist with expenses. The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
