David Lee Ferguson, Jr.

David Lee Ferguson, Jr., age 70 of Moneta, VA passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2025 with family close by. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather as well as a friend to countless people in the community.

David was preceded in death by his parents, David Sr. and Betty J. Ferguson; and sister, Susan D. Ferguson. He is survived by his wife, Sherry A. of Moneta, VA; sister, Kathy Wolfe of Vinton, VA; son, Brian Ferguson and wife Sherry L. of Boones Mill, VA; daughter, Cassie Chisom and husband Jerry of Roanoke, VA; son, Jordan Ray and partner Ida Shockley of Moneta VA; son, Jacob Ray and wife Heather of Bedford VA; and three grandchildren, Tyler, Kinsley, and Paisley.

David requested no formal funeral services. Instead, if friends want to honor his memory, spend time doing something you love with family and friends.
